These programs are implemented to facilitate life skills, financial literacy, education, health issues and self-awareness to underserved women globally. Global Women Empowerment's intention is to Inspire, Mentor, Align, Grow, Impact, Network and Engage globally.

I am Dr. Allyson Simon-Prease, Founder and CEO of Global Women Empowerment, Inc.
Our nonprofit organization is committed to equipping underserved women worldwide with the essential tools to succeed. Through comprehensive programs in education, financial literacy, life skills, health and wellness, and personal development, we strive to create meaningful change and lasting impact.
Our mission is to build a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive both professionally and personally.
At the heart of our work are the 7 Pillars of Empowerment: Inspire, Mentor, Align, Grow, Impact, Network, and Engage a transformative framework designed to guide women in building brighter futures and fulfilling their true potential.

Louisa Agatha Simon Scholarship (LASS)
Presented by Global Women Empowerment Inc.
The Louisa Agatha Simon Scholarship (LASS) supports young adult women, especially those from underrepresented or underserved communities by offering financial assistance and educational opportunities to individuals who demonstrate:
- Leadership potential
- Academic excellence
- A commitment to social change
